Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. For local pick up orders the exchange policy will begin when you receive notification that the order Is ready to be picked up. Full refunds are not available. The customer is responsible for paying postage back. Shipping is not refunded.
All purchases are final sales past the 7-day mark. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
